Small-business automation

Google Sheets that do the work

Reconciliation, payroll, supplier invoices and stock alerts that run on their own and tell you what needs attention.

I own a building-supply business with 7 stores in Central Java, Indonesia. Every tool on this page started as something my own stores needed: checking the day’s cash, paying staff correctly, typing in supplier invoices, and knowing what to reorder.

Now I build the same for other small businesses, in the Google account you already use.

A tool I built for our calls

English isn’t my first language, so I built a translator for client calls on Google Meet and Zoom. Watch a replay of a sample call, with sound if you like.

What you can count on

  • A clickable demo with data like yours before anything touches your real sheets.
  • A fixed price agreed before work starts.
  • Automated tests on every automation, run before delivery.
  • Your data stays in your own Google account.
  • Each script asks Google only for the permissions it needs.
  • A short guide and a menu button, so your team can run it without me.

How a project runs

  1. You describe it

Share a copy of the sheet or a few sample files, and say what should happen on its own.

  2. Plan and price

Within a day you get a short plan and a fixed price.

  3. Demo first

You try it with sample data and ask for changes before it goes live.

  4. Hand over

It is connected to your real sheet, tested again, and handed over with a guide.

Also running in my own stores

Tools I built for my business and use every day.

Staff attendance

Employees check in from their phones; monthly reports are backed up to Google Drive automatically.

Daily cash report bot

A Telegram bot compares each day’s cash deposit with the point-of-sale figures.

Point of sale

A cashier app with several branches, returns and staff permissions, now offered to other shops.
